The 10th Summer School is about Sustainability The European Christian Political Youth Network (ECPYN) will host its 10th International Summer School in Finland in July. The topic for the five-day Summer School is ”A Christian approach to Sustainable Development”. The event will take place from the 1st to the 5th of July 2013 at Conference Hotel Sofia (Kallvikintie 28) in Helsinki .   You can apply for the Summer School here The Summer School offers the participants a great opportunity to learn more about Christian Democratic politics, discuss sustainable development and meet other young like-minded people from all over Europe. All this in the middle of the Finnish nature by the sea, yet close to Helsinki city centre.

The Youth Association of the ECPN, the European Christian Political Youth Network (ECPYN) develops the special CrossroadS- Christian Political Academy .C rossroadS  - Christian Political Academy provides a series of academy events with Christian democratic political content and professional skills for young political decision makers at national or European level, who are close to the Christian democratic political philosophy. The academic course has been prepared to offer training and inside knowledge not only on Christian Democratic issues, but also in a wide range of organisational and managerial skills. 

From October 28th to November 1th ECPYN will organize a Regional Conference in Georgia. The aim of this visit is to study local political situation, activities of Christian Democratic Movement and to discuss vitally important issues for Post Soviet countries, like integration in EU and European Structures. During this conference we will work on promoting mutual contacts between political youth organizations and diffusing and exchange of knowledge and experience between participants. We want to create an idea about Georgia and its internal and external politics and provide participants with meeting Georgian political elite. We also want to extend participants knowledge in European integration and post-soviet space and promote international discussion between Post Soviet countries. A big part of the conference will also be the knowledge of the role of Christianity in post-soviet space and promote the Christian Democratic ideas.
