The title of the Conference, which is being generously supported by the ECPM and the Novae Terrae Foundation, is: “Squeezed between European and national legal orders: Is there room for Christianity?”

The Dignitatis Humanae Institute was formed in the European Parliament in 2008 as a reaction to the rising militant secularism seen in Europe today, and it exists to do three things. The first is to promote recognition of the reality that Man is made in the image and likeness of God. The second is to insist that this image and likeness is present in every single human person from conception until natural death. The third is to suggest that the best means of authentically promoting this recognition is through the active participation of the Christian Faith in the public square.
